Tasting
To the eye: Fuchsia colour with purple highlights.
To the nose: intense bouquet of dried flowers. When aerated, aromas of fresh flowers such as violet are revealed.
On the palate: a smooth wine with a supple attack in the spirit of new wines. Notes of red plum and blueberry.
About technic
Destemming without crushing for light vinification (minimal extraction of colour and tannins), temperature control. Skin maceration for 5 days between 21 and 23°C during alcoholic fermentation, pressing, then continued fermentation in vats. Very short ageing process.
